Parking bays St Austell, Cornwall

Work recently carried out for South West Ambulance @ St Austell, Cornwall.

We closed a section of the car park with Heras Fencing so that the station could remain operational throughout the duration of our work.

Working to the specification provided, we excavated out the bank and loaded away to a licenced tip which then allowed us to shape the batter at the rear of the car park.

We then installed a terram geotextile membrane, .200mm of 803 type 1 subbase, grasscrete gravel grids from www.gclproducts.co.uk, followed by 14mm granite gravel.

In total this allowed for 8 additional parking bays using the grasscrete system. 2 of these parking bays were to the rear of the station.

We also white-lined 10 parking bays whilst on site.

Really happy with how this commercial groundworks project turned out!
