Project Overview
D Hall Plant Hire & Groundworks completed a comprehensive gas bottle storage facility for a repeat commercial customer in Plymouth, Devon. This project showcased our ability to manage the complete project lifecycle, from demolition through final landscaping and security installations.
The scope of work included breaking out and removing over 40 tonnes of existing concrete, disposing of waste at a licensed recycling facility, installing a new 150mm type 1 sub-base with Visqueen membrane and A252 reinforcing mesh, pouring 150mm of C35 concrete with a brushed finish, and completing the installation with V-mesh security fencing and 20mm gravel finishing layer to meet commercial safety standards.
