Project Overview
D Hall Plant Hire & Groundworks recently completed a groundworks project in Launceston, Cornwall, showcasing our operated plant hire capabilities with fully qualified operators. We mobilized two excavators with CPCS/NOCN certified operators to handle excavation and material processing efficiently.
The project utilized both a Case CX80C 8-tonne excavator and a Case CX130D 13-tonne excavator, equipped with a riddle bucket attachment to screen material on-site before transport. This on-site processing ensured only appropriate materials were sent to the environment agency-approved disposal facility, optimising efficiency and compliance.
The project took one week to complete and demonstrates our flexibility in service delivery across Devon and Cornwall.
