The customer had been doing a self-build over several years and after we had done the groundworks for his new double garage and parking he requested a price for a new set of stairs.
After a brief chat detailing the works, we surveyed the area with our laser level and were able to give a quote for the works.

We laid the sleepers on a concrete bed, along with 600mm long wooden pegs to the rear of the sleepers screwed in to stop them from moving forwards terram membrane was installed on every step and infilled with 20mm gravel.
